3. Estimates & Outcomes
Cost estimates, timelines, and other figures we provide are indicative and depend on individual medical assessment. Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed and vary from patient to patient.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to make your own decisions regarding any treatment, and to enter into any treatment relationship directly with the hospital or doctor concerned.
5. Payments
Payment for treatment is made by you directly to the hospital. MedicareSpots does not handle your treatment funds. Our facilitation services are provided at no additional charge to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MedicareSpots is not liable for the medical care provided by third-party hospitals or doctors, or for any outcome of treatment arranged through our coordination.
